These programs are offered by Carl J. Peterlin Jr., operating as a sole proprietor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Throughout this document, "I" and "me" refer to Carl J. Peterlin Jr. "You" refers to the purchasing individual and the business on whose behalf the purchase is made.
The Decision Room is a private, on-demand executive decision program. It presents ten decisions that determine whether AI becomes a competitive advantage or an expense, and it produces a recorded position on each one. It is an educational and advisory program. It is not software, not a subscription, not a managed service, and not a deployment engagement.
The Decision Room is $500 USD, charged one time. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no future charge of any kind. Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% is added at checkout where required by law. The tax line is displayed before you authorize payment.
One purchase establishes two seats. The first belongs to you. The second is assigned to one other senior leader you name.
Access does not expire on a schedule. There is no renewal date and no expiration clock. Stated precisely: access continues for as long as I offer the program. If the program is discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be given along with a window to download the materials you are entitled to retain. I am a sole proprietor and will not represent an obligation that cannot be guaranteed in perpetuity.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued.
The basis is structural. The entire program is delivered at the moment of purchase. Both seats are established, every decision is available, and the Decision Register is provided immediately. No portion is held back, drip-released, or unlocked over time. There is no partial delivery against which a refund could be calculated.
The price is set accordingly. Prospective purchasers who wish to understand the contents before buying are invited to write to me first.
The program content, frameworks, terminology, marks, and instruments are my intellectual property. Purchase grants a license to use them within your own business. It does not transfer ownership. You may not:
Your own entries in the Decision Register belong to you. Your decisions, rationale, and notes remain your property.
This is executive education and strategic advisory material. It does not guarantee a business outcome, revenue figure, valuation change, or any specific result. Results depend on your operation, your market, your execution, and factors outside the control of either party.
Nothing in this program constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice. Where the material addresses federal incentive programs, tax mechanisms, or compliance topics, it is presented for strategic context only. Verify any actionable item with your own CPA, counsel, or advisor before relying on it.
The Strategic AI Intelligence Diagnostic is a separate paid engagement. It is not required, not bundled, and not a condition of this purchase. The Decision Room is complete on its own.

Access may be revoked for credential sharing, resale, redistribution, chargeback or payment reversal, or conduct exposing either party to legal risk. Where a situation appears to be a misunderstanding rather than an abuse, you will be contacted before action is taken.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
These terms may be updated. The effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will not be applied retroactively. The terms in force on the date of your purchase govern that purchase.
